Refunds and Cashback

Please refer to our terms and conditions of trade document which is available on our website or on request at any time.

GENERAL
All goods must be returned in an unopened and resalable condition.
Goods returned within 2 working days will be eligible for a full refund.
Goods returned after 2 working days will be eligible for an in-store credit.
Items that have been opened or used will not be eligible for return or refund.

HARDWARE
Equipment found to have been damaged by incorrect handling, installation, operation or misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
Hardware found to be dead-on-arrival or faulty within its warranty term will be refunded, replaced or repaired according to the terms and conditions imposed by the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
There may be delays in the receipt of replacement equipment.
Where goods are subject to a return-to-base warranty you may be responsible for additional costs including (but not limited to) freight.

SOFTWARE
Where the media remains unopened, our general refund policy will apply.
Due to software piracy, opened or used media cannot be returned or exchanged.

INDENT ITEMS
Where goods have been ordered for the customer, the distributors refund policy will apply.
Goods may attract a restocking fee or may be non-returnable and therefore not refundable.
All costs associated with a return, including (but not limited to) freight will remain payable by the customer.

CASHBACK OFFERS
Any CASHBACK offers are made by the manufacturer directly to you, the end user.
Macro is not involved in this part of the transaction.
It is Macro’s policy to advise you, where possible of your CASHBACK eligibility.
Macro we will not become involved in the process of application or be held liable for any dishonored claims or possible delays in the CASHBACK process.
